the staff was helpful i found their assistance very useful the breakfast had a good variety it provided a satisfying start to the day the location was excellent with a clear view i especially appreciated the unobstructed scenery of jungfrau
the bathroom was small this made it a bit inconvenient the shower water temperature fluctuated i found this annoying during showers there was no lotion provided i would have expected this amenity without asking

Really good Experience at a Wonderful Hotel
varied breakfast convenient parking friendly staff afternoon tea
The included breakfast offered a delicious variety of options, a real highlight. The hotel provided convenient parking spaces. A friendly staff member, fluent in multiple languages, offered helpful assistance. The afternoon tea and cake service provided a welcome treat after a day of sightseeing.
I had to carry my luggage up a short flight of stairs.

i found the breakfast very nice, particularly the unexpectedly delicious rice and curry. the selection of egg recipes was appreciable. the cleanliness was good. the staff was also very friendly and helpful.
My room had no air conditioning, difficult during the summertime heat. it was cool outside at night. despite this, my room remained hot. Even after closing and opening the door, i could not sleep.

The breakfast had many options. It catered to all tastes. The staff provided cake and coffee each afternoon, a very nice touch. The hotel provided Interlaken passes, which gave access to local transport.
The bathroom lacked ventilation and became steamy after a shower.
